Discharge: The battery shall be discharged through 5 ohms for 2 periods or 1 hour each daily. The
intervals between discharge periods shall be 6 hours and 16 hours, respectively. This
cycle shall be repeated continuously to a test-end voltage of 0.9 volt.
Closed circuit voltage: Use TS-183 ( )/U test per special marking or, with minimum permissible
voltage as specified for TS-183 ( )/U, use a load resistance value of 1.998
ohms.
